These terms apply to everyone who visits or uses Shopsrental.com. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. Our service
Shopsrental.com is an online platform that displays commercial properties – shops, showrooms, offices, kiosks, restaurant spaces and godowns – available for rent, and helps tenants and owners connect. We are not a party to the rent agreement between a tenant and an owner unless we expressly agree in writing.
2. Listings by users
- You may post a listing only if you own the property or are authorised by the owner to rent it out.
- All details, prices and photos you submit must be true, current and not misleading, and must not infringe anyone’s rights.
- We may edit, decline, unpublish or remove any listing at our discretion, including duplicate, fake, expired or inappropriate listings.
- By submitting photos and content, you allow us to display them on the website and in our marketing of that listing.
3. Responsibilities of tenants
Tenants must verify the property, ownership documents, approvals, measurements and all terms personally before paying any token, deposit or rent. Do not make payments to anyone without seeing the property and verifying the owner.
4. Fees
Searching listings and posting a basic listing are free. Any paid service, such as assisted search or negotiation, will be agreed with you separately and in advance.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, including by posting spam, scraping data, attempting unauthorised access, uploading harmful files or using contact details for unrelated marketing.
6. Limitation of liability
Information on the website is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Shopsrental.com is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on listing details, from dealings between users, or from temporary unavailability of the website.
7. Intellectual property
The Shopsrental.com name, logo, design, text and illustrations belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
9. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.
