Position: Security Guard

Location: Sivasagar, Silchar, Tezpur, Tinsukia

Key Responsibilities:

1. Surveillance and Monitoring: Maintain a vigilant presence by monitoring premises through patrols or surveillance systems. Respond promptly to any suspicious activities or security threats.
2. Access Control: Regulate entry and exit of individuals and vehicles by verifying credentials, operating equipment such as metal detectors or x-ray machines, and ensuring adherence to security protocols.
3. Emergency Response: Act swiftly and efficiently in case of emergencies such as fires, medical incidents, or security breaches. Follow established procedures to mitigate risks and protect lives and property.
4. Customer Service: Provide assistance and guidance to visitors, employees, and clients with a courteous and helpful demeanor. Address inquiries, concerns, or conflicts in a professional manner.
5. Report Writing: Maintain accurate records by documenting all security-related incidents, observations, and activities in detailed reports. Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues to relay pertinent information.
6. Patrols and Inspections: Conduct regular patrols of designated areas to deter crime, enforce regulations, and ensure compliance with safety standards. Perform routine inspections of equipment and facilities to identify and address potential security vulnerabilities.
7. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with law enforcement agencies, emergency responders, and other security personnel to coordinate efforts and enhance overall security measures.

Qualifications:

• Education: Candidates should possess a minimum educational qualification ranging from 8th-grade completion to graduation. We welcome individuals from diverse educational backgrounds.
• Experience: No prior experience in security-related roles is required. We provide comprehensive training to all selected candidates to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge.
