Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Introduce our products/services persuasively and generate interest to drive sales conversions.
2. Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers through effective communication. Understand their needs, address their queries, and provide relevant information about our offerings to ensure a positive customer experience.
3. Sales Conversion: Utilize persuasive techniques to convert leads into sales. Employ effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
4. Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-ups with potential customers who have shown interest but have not yet made a purchase. Nurture leads through regular communication to encourage conversion.
5. Database Management: Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions, transactions, and details of inquiries in the database. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
6. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our products/services, pricing, and promotional offers. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge to address customer inquiries effectively and drive sales.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 12th-grade education to Graduate level.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing or a related field preferred.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
• Gender: Open to individuals of all genders, both male and female are encouraged to apply.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and proficiency in English. Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively over the phone.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.
• Sales Acumen: Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques. Ability to persuade and influence customers to make purchasing decisions.
• Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills including familiarity with CRM software and MS Office suite.
• Adaptability: Willingness to work in a dynamic and target-driven environment. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively.
• Ethical Standards: Maintain high ethical standards and integrity in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
