Job Description:
As a Telecaller, you will play a vital role in our company's success by engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers courteously and professionally to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication.
- Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services, promote special offers, and generate sales leads. Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to generate interest and drive conversions.
- Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, product information, order placement, and issue resolution. Listen attentively to customer concerns, address their questions, and provide timely and accurate assistance.
- Lead Management: Manage leads efficiently by documenting all interactions, updating customer records, and following up on inquiries or requests. Prioritize tasks to ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer issues.
- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to support their efforts in achieving sales targets. Assist in scheduling appointments, arranging product demonstrations, and facilitating the sales process as needed.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism in every interaction. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and ethical standards at all times.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum 12th-grade education required; graduation preferred.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 and 40 years old.
