Job Telecaller
Position Overview: We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Telecallers in Yadgiri. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for communicating with customers over the phone to promote our products/services, answer queries, and generate leads. This role offers an excellent opportunity for those with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to potential customers from our database.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their requirements and provide relevant information about our offerings.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through proactive calling and follow-up.
- Product/Service Promotion: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products/services to prospective customers.
- Query Resolution: Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and accurately.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions and update customer information in the database.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for call volume, leads generated, and conversions.
- Feedback and Reporting: Provide feedback on customer responses and market trends to the management team. Prepare and submit regular reports on call activities and outcomes.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: The minimum qualification required is 12th grade. Graduates are preferred.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telecalling or a similar role is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and proficiency in English. Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others and resolving queries.
- Interpersonal Skills: Good listening skills and the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
- Resilience: Ability to handle rejection positively and persistently pursue leads.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software for data entry and management.
- Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to team goals.
