Position Overview: As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, answering incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service. Your primary goal will be to promote our products and services, generate leads, and ensure customer satisfaction.


  1. Make Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products and services, and promote special offers or campaigns.
  2. Handle Inbound Calls: Answer incoming calls from existing and potential customers, provide information about products and services, and address any questions or concerns they may have.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering excellent customer service, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  4. Lead Generation: Identify potential leads through cold calling, follow-up calls, and other lead generation techniques to contribute to the growth of the business.
  5. Data Management: Accurately records and maintains customer information, interactions, and transactions in the database.
  6. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics while adhering to quality standards and compliance requirements.
  7. Collaborate with Team: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to coordinate efforts, share feedback, and contribute to achieving common goals.
  8. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends to enhance your performance and contribute to the overall success of the team.


  • Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to a Graduate degree.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing, customer service, or a related field.
  • Age: Between 18 years to 40 years.
  • Gender: Male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent in Malayalam and proficient in English, with clear and articulate communication skills.
  • Customer Focus: Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building positive customer relationships.
