Key Responsibilities:
As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to engage potential customers over the phone and promote our products/services. Here's what you'll be doing on a day-to-day basis:
- Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Present our products/services persuasively and effectively address any objections or concerns raised by the customers.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through active listening and probing questions. Gather relevant information and maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow-up: Follow up on leads promptly and persistently to convert them into sales opportunities. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers through regular follow-up calls.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the management. Take ownership of your performance and continuously strive to improve your conversion rates and productivity.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Act as a brand ambassador and uphold our company's reputation at all times.
- Stay Informed: Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers. Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your skills and stay abreast of industry trends.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (High School) to Graduate.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and articulate phone manner. Ability to engage customers effectively and build rapport quickly.
- Persistence: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with the ability to handle objections and rejection positively. Demonstrated resilience and persistence in achieving targets.
- Team Player: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Willingness to support colleagues and share best practices.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools. Basic knowledge of computer operations and data entry skills.
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Washim region and local dialects would be an advantage.
