Position Overview:

As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers over the phone, promoting our products or services, and persuading them to take desired actions, such as making a purchase or scheduling an appointment. You will utilize your exceptional communication skills to build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and effectively convey how our offerings can address those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outgoing calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
  2. Product/Service Promotion: Present information about our products or services in a compelling manner to generate interest and drive sales.
  3. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
  4. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and active listening.
  5. Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, address any objections, and facilitate the sales process.
  6. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers and update relevant information in the database.
  7. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives within specified timeframes.
  8. Collaboration: Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads and provide support as needed.


  • Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School) to Graduate.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or telemarketing.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
  • Gender: Open to individuals of all genders, both male and female are encouraged to apply.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language (mention language if applicable) with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.
  • Persistence: Resilient and persistent attitude with the ability to handle rejection and objections professionally.
