Position Overview:
As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers over the phone, promoting our products or services, and persuading them to take desired actions, such as making a purchase or scheduling an appointment. Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Initiate outgoing calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
- Product/Service Promotion: Present information about our products or services in a compelling manner to generate interest and drive sales.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and active listening.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, address any objections, and facilitate the sales process.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers and update relevant information in the database.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives within specified timeframes.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads and provide support as needed.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School) to Graduate.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or telemarketing.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
- Gender: Open to individuals of all genders, both male and female are encouraged to apply.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language (mention language if applicable) with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.
