About the Role:

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services, generating sales leads, and providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
2. Product/Service Promotion: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products/services to potential customers.
3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads through proactive questioning and listening to customer needs.
4. Customer Relationship Management: Build rapport and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance their experience and encourage repeat business.
5. Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
6. Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
7. Feedback: Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences and market trends.
8. Adherence to Policies: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards at all times.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 12th grade (High School) education to Graduate level.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Age: Between 18 years to 40 years.
• Gender: Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and preferably Telugu.
• Sales Skills: Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Customer Focus: Ability to empathize with customers and address their needs effectively.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM software is preferred.
• Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and pressure in a high-volume sales environment.
