As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in our organization by connecting with potential customers over the phone and promoting our products/services. Your primary responsibility will be to engage customers, understand their needs, and effectively communicate how our offerings can meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outgoing calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Your goal will be to introduce our products/services, generate interest, and ultimately secure sales or appointments.
  2. Customer Engagement: Build rapport and maintain a positive relationship with customers through active listening, empathy, and effective communication. Address any concerns or queries they may have regarding our products/services.
  3. Product/Service Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our offerings, including features, benefits, pricing, and promotions. Utilize this knowledge to educate customers and tailor your pitch to their specific needs and preferences.
  4. Achieve Sales Targets: Work towards predefined sales targets and KPIs. Utilize persuasive selling techniques to convert leads into sales or appointments. Continuously strive to exceed targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
  5. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, or feedback received. Provide regular reports to management on call activity, sales performance, and customer feedback.
  6. Adherence to Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements during all customer interactions. Uphold ethical standards and professionalism at all times.

Requirements:

  • Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (Matriculation) to Graduate degree.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in telecalling or sales roles. Experience in a similar industry or product/service line is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language (mention specific language if applicable) and proficiency in English (optional). Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively. Empathetic listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns.
  • Sales Skills: Demonstrated ability to influence and persuade others. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computer systems, CRM software, and other telecommunication tools. Basic knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and embrace new challenges.
  • Team Player: Collaborative attitude with a willingness to support team members and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
