Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or leads generated through various channels.
2. Product/Service Pitch: Present products/services to potential customers with confidence and clarity, highlighting their benefits and addressing any concerns or objections.
3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through strategic questioning and active listening, ensuring accurate recording of lead information for further follow-up.
4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers by providing exceptional service, resolving issues, and addressing inquiries promptly.
5. Sales Conversion: Utilize persuasive sales techniques to convert leads into sales, meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
6. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and transactions in the database, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
7. Adherence to Policies: Follow company policies, procedures, and scripts during calls to ensure consistency and compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum of 12th grade to Graduate level education.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar telecalling or sales role, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 and 40 years old.
• Gender: This position is open to individuals of all genders – male, female, and others.
