Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone to promote our products/services, answer queries, and generate leads. Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Introduce our products/services, explain their features and benefits, and persuade customers to make a purchase or schedule appointments.
2. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Address any questions or concerns they may have regarding our offerings. Provide accurate information and resolve queries efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Lead Generation: Identify potential leads through proactive calling efforts. Gather relevant information about customers’ needs, preferences, and buying behavior. Maintain a database of qualified leads for future follow-ups and conversion opportunities.
4. Follow-Up: Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales funnel. Keep detailed records of interactions and update the CRM system with relevant information.
5. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management. Demonstrate persistence and determination to achieve individual and team goals effectively.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School Diploma) to Graduate degree.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar telecalling or customer service role.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
• Gender: Open to candidates of all genders (male/female).
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and proficiency in English (preferred).
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with customers, active listening skills, and empathy.
• Sales Acumen: Basic understanding of sales techniques and a knack for persuasion.
