Job Description:

As an Elecaller, you will play a crucial role in our organization by connecting with customers and providing them with information about our products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients over the phone, offering them solutions tailored to their needs. This position requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement: Initiate outgoing calls to prospective customers and engage them in meaningful conversations about our offerings. Build rapport and establish a positive relationship with clients through effective communication.
2. Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively address customer inquiries and provide accurate information. Stay updated on product features, pricing, and promotions to deliver comprehensive solutions to customers.
3. Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads and opportunities. Provide support in converting leads into sales by effectively communicating product benefits and addressing customer concerns.
4. Relationship Management: Maintain a database of customer information and interactions for future reference. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any post-sales queries or issues.
5. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics. Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and productivity to contribute to the overall success of the team.
6. Adherence to Policies: Follow company policies and procedures regarding sales processes, data security, and compliance. Uphold ethical standards and maintain confidentiality in all interactions with customers.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong command of the local language.
• Ability to actively listen to customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a focus on delivering results.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
• A high school diploma or equivalent education is required; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
