Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to generate sales leads or set appointments. Your primary goal will be to promote our products/services, answer queries, and provide information to interested individuals. You will play a crucial role in driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective communication and persuasion techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to prospective customers from provided contact lists or databases.
  2. Sales Pitch: Deliver a compelling sales pitch to promote products/services and generate interest among potential customers.
  3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads by gathering relevant information and assessing potential customer needs.
  4. Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers, address their inquiries, and provide accurate information about products/services.
  5. Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for interested customers to meet with our sales representatives or advisors.
  6. Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, overcome objections, and close sales deals.
  7. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, feedback, and outcomes.
  8. Achievement of Targets: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).


  • Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School) to Graduate.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in telemarketing or sales.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 years to 40 years old.
  • Gender: Open to all genders (male/female/others).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi, English, and preferably other regional languages.
  • Persuasion Skills: Ability to persuade and influence customers effectively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Resilience: Resilience to handle rejection and objections positively.
  • Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of computer applications and CRM systems.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, if required.
