Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with information about our products and services, resolving their queries, and ensuring a positive experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Outbound and Inbound Calls: Conducting outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services and generate leads. Handling inbound calls from existing customers to address their queries, assist, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  2. Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs, addressing their concerns, and providing personalized assistance.
  3. Product Knowledge: Acquiring in-depth knowledge about our products and services to effectively communicate features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
  4. Sales Support: Assisting the sales team by scheduling appointments, following up on leads, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth sales operations.
  5. Data Management: Accurately recording customer information, interactions, and transactions in the database. Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies.
  6. Target Achievement: Meeting and exceeding daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School) to Graduate.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer service or telesales environment.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
  • Gender: Open to all genders - male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English. Ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively over the phone.
  • Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach with a genuine desire to help and support customers. Ability to empathize with customers and provide solutions to their problems.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers. Confidence in engaging in conversations and overcoming objections.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing business requirements and customer needs. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
  • Time Management: Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently.
