Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone to promote our products/services, generate leads, and close sales. Your primary objective will be to engage customers, provide information about our offerings, and persuade them to make a purchase or schedule an appointment.


  1. Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or leads generated through marketing campaigns.
  2. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, building rapport and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
  3. Product/Service Promotion: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products/services to potential customers, highlighting how they meet their needs and solve their problems.
  4. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through strategic questioning and active listening, gathering relevant information to determine their level of interest and purchasing intent.
  5. Sales Conversion: Utilize persuasive selling techniques to convert leads into sales or appointments, meeting or exceeding monthly targets and KPIs.
  6. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers, including details of inquiries, feedback, and outcomes, using CRM software or designated databases.
  7. Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, address any additional questions or objections, and facilitate the sales process through to completion.
  8. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and team members to share best practices, strategies, and insights for improving overall sales performance.


  1. Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to Graduation from a recognized institution.
  2. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
  3. Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
  4. Gender: This position is open to individuals of all genders - male and female.
  5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English, with the ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively.
  6. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly, empathize with customers, and adapt communication style to suit different individuals.
  7. Persistence: Resilience and persistence in pursuing leads and overcoming objections, with a positive attitude towards rejection and setbacks.
  8. Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or similar tools for data entry and management.
