Job Description:
As a Telecaller, you will be the voice of our organization, engaging with potential customers and nurturing relationships to drive sales and promote our services. Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Making Outbound Calls: Initiate calls to prospective clients from our database or leads provided, introducing our products/services, and explaining their benefits.
2. Handling Inbound Inquiries: Respond to incoming calls from customers regarding queries, complaints, or requests for information, ensuring a professional and courteous interaction.
3. Building Relationships: Develop a strong rapport with customers by understanding their needs, addressing concerns, and providing relevant information to guide them through the purchasing process.
4. Meeting Targets: Strive to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through effective calling techniques, persuasive communication, and proactive follow-ups.
5. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers, including details of inquiries, feedback, and sales transactions, using our CRM software.
6. Providing Feedback: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide insights from customer interactions, helping to refine strategies and improve product/service offerings.
Requirements:
1. Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (or equivalent) is required, although preference will be given to candidates with a graduate degree.
2. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar telecalling role is preferred. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets will be an advantage.
3. Age: Applicants must be between 18 to 40 years old, with the energy and enthusiasm to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or Marathi are essential. Proficiency in English will be an added advantage.
