Job Description: Telecaller (Ujjain)

Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to potential customers from our database or generated leads list. Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to promote our products/services and generate interest.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through regular follow-up calls. Address any queries or concerns they may have, and provide accurate information about our offerings.
- Sales Pitch Delivery: Deliver persuasive sales pitches tailored to the needs and preferences of each prospect. Highlight the benefits and features of our products/services to encourage conversion.
- Lead Nurturing: Nurture leads through the sales pipeline by guiding them through the purchasing process. Follow up on initial contacts until closure, striving to convert leads into customers.
- Data Management: Keep accurate records of interactions with customers in our CRM system. Update customer information, call logs, and sales activity reports regularly to track progress and performance.
- Achieving Targets: Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets by consistently meeting or exceeding key performance metrics. Take ownership of your targets and strive for excellence in every call.
- Adaptability: Adapt quickly to changes in scripts, strategies, or market dynamics. Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and industry trends to effectively communicate with prospects.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to Graduate level. A strong command of written and spoken English and Hindi is preferred.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in telemarketing, tele-sales, or a similar role. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets is highly desirable.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 and 40 years old.

- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Candidates should be articulate, confident, and capable of building rapport over the phone.
