Job Description:
As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement efforts, playing a crucial role in our business's success. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing them to our products/services and persuading them to make a purchase or take action.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
- Product/Service Promotion: Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products/services to prospects.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through strategic questioning and active listening.
- Customer Engagement: Build rapport and establish a positive relationship with customers to enhance their experience.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets set by the management.
- Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects to nurture leads and close sales.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions, update customer databases, and report on sales metrics regularly.
- Customer Feedback: Gather feedback from customers and convey it to the relevant departments for continuous improvement.
- Adaptability: Adapt to changing scripts, strategies, and market dynamics to optimize results.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all company policies, regulations, and ethical standards.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum of 12th grade education required. Graduates preferred.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in telesales or customer service.
- Age: Between 18 and 40 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders; both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and proficiency in English or other languages is a plus.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport quickly, active listening skills, and empathy.
- Sales Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office, and other relevant tools.
