Job Description:
As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, representing our company and its values through engaging conversations. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate outbound calls to prospective customers, introduce our products or services, and effectively communicate their benefits. Additionally, you will handle inbound calls, address inquiries, provide information, and resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to potential customers using a prepared script to introduce our products or services.
- Inbound Calling: Handle inbound calls from existing and potential customers, addressing queries, providing information, and resolving issues.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through excellent communication skills and attentive service.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products or services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
- Sales Support: Provide support to the sales team by scheduling appointments, following up on leads, and updating customer records in the database.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
- Feedback: Gather customer feedback and insights to continuously improve our products, services, and customer experience.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and customer information in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification from 12th grade to Graduation.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
- Age: Between 18 to 40 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [Local Language] and proficiency in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
