Key Responsibilities:

  4. Data Entry: Accurately record customer information, inquiries, and transactions in our database system. Maintain detailed and organized records of all interactions for future reference and analysis.
  5. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, sales, and customer satisfaction. Strive to consistently improve performance and contribute to the overall success of the team.


  • Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (or equivalent) required. A higher degree is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a customer service or sales environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and the local language are essential. Ability to articulate information clearly and effectively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers. Empathetic and patient demeanor when dealing with customer inquiries or complaints.
  • Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills are necessary, including familiarity with MS Office applications and data entry software.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to learn and implement new strategies and techniques.
