Responsibilities:
As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, playing a vital role in building and maintaining positive relationships. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Making Outbound Calls: Reach out to potential customers through outbound calls to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
- Handling Inbound Calls: Address incoming inquiries, provide information about our offerings, and assist customers with their queries and concerns professionally and courteously.
- Meeting Targets: Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and sales conversions.
- Maintaining Records: Keep accurate records of all interactions with customers, including details of inquiries, comments, and actions taken.
- Providing Feedback: Share customer feedback and insights with the relevant teams to help improve our products/services and overall customer experience.
- Following Up: Follow up with prospective customers who have shown interest but have not yet made a purchase, aiming to convert leads into sales.
- Adhering to Guidelines: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards during all customer interactions.
