Position: Telecaller

  1. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers over the phone in a friendly and professional manner. Build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers to understand their needs effectively.
  2. Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our products/services, explain features and benefits, and persuade them to make a purchase or take the desired action.
  3. Inbound Calls: Handle inbound calls from existing and potential customers. Address their inquiries, provide accurate information about products/services, and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
  4. Lead Generation: Generate leads through outbound calling efforts. Identify potential customers who may be interested in our offerings and gather relevant information for follow-up by the sales team.
  5. Follow-up: Follow up with customers who have shown interest in our products/services but have not yet made a purchase. Maintain regular communication to nurture leads and facilitate conversions.
  6. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, feedback, and outcomes. Update customer information in the database regularly to ensure data integrity.
  7. Achievement of Targets: Meet or exceed predefined targets for call volumes, sales conversions, and customer satisfaction metrics. Strive to continuously improve performance and contribute to the overall success of the telecalling team.


  1. Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade (SSLC) is required. However, candidates with higher educational qualifications up to graduation are preferred.
  2. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in telecalling or a related field is mandatory. Candidates with prior experience in customer service, telemarketing, or sales will be given preference.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Kannada and proficiency in English or Hindi are essential. The ability to articulate information clearly and persuasively over the phone is crucial for success in this role.
  4. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Must be empathetic, patient, and courteous while interacting with customers to ensure a positive experience.
  5. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle challenging customer interactions effectively. Must be resilient and able to maintain composure under pressure.
  6. Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills are required for data entry and using CRM software. Knowledge of MS Office applications and familiarity with call center technology is an advantage.
