Position Telecaller

As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in our organization by reaching out to potential customers, delivering exceptional service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Engage in meaningful conversations to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
- Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers by effectively communicating product features, benefits, and pricing. Address customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Lead Conversion: Utilize persuasive communication skills to convert leads into sales or appointments. Understand customer needs and tailor product/service offerings to match their requirements.
- Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-ups with potential customers to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel. Ensure timely responses to customer queries and requests for information.
- Database Management: Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and follow-up activities in the CRM system. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
- Achievement of Targets: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) consistently. Demonstrate a results-oriented approach and strive for continuous improvement.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to streamline processes, share best practices, and contribute to overall team success.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to Graduation from a recognized institution.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar telecalling or customer service role. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.

Skills and Attributes:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport over the phone.

- Resilience and adaptability to handle rejection and overcome objections.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software.
