Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, representing our company and its services. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to prospective customers, introduce them to our products/services, and persuade them to make a purchase or set up appointments. Additionally, you will handle inbound calls, address customer inquiries, and provide information about our offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
- Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales pitches to promote our products/services and persuade customers to take action.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, building rapport and trust.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads through active listening and probing questions.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services to effectively address customer inquiries and objections.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for interested customers to meet with our sales representatives.
- Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads and close sales.
- Data Entry: Accurately record customer information, interactions, and transactions in the database.
- Achievement of Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum of 12th grade education required. Graduates are preferred.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or the local language. Ability to articulate product features and benefits persuasively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships over the phone.
- Persistence: Resilience and persistence in handling objections and rejections.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and MS Office suite.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing scripts, strategies, and customer needs.
- Punctuality: Timeliness and adherence to work schedules is crucial.
- Ethical Conduct: Maintain high ethical standards and integrity in all interactions with customers.
