Job Description:
As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services, generating sales leads, and providing information to existing customers. Your primary goal will be to engage customers, build rapport, and ensure a positive experience with every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to prospective customers from our database or leads provided by the company. Introduce our products/services, explain their benefits, and persuade potential customers to make a purchase or schedule a meeting with our sales team.
- Customer Follow-Up: Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns or queries they may have, and promote additional products/services as appropriate. Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor at all times.
- Data Entry and Record Keeping: Accurately record details of every interaction in the database. Maintain updated records of customer information, feedback, and sales outcomes. Ensure confidentiality and integrity of customer data.
- Achieve Sales Targets: Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets set by the company. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to maximize revenue.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services, pricing, features, and benefits. Stay updated on any changes or enhancements to our offerings.
- Adhere to Policies and Procedures: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines related to telecalling, sales, and customer service. Maintain compliance with relevant regulations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) is required. Graduates are preferred.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 years to 40 years of age.
- Gender: Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Tamil.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on building relationships.
- Good listening skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as MS Office and CRM software.
