Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our organization, responsible for establishing and maintaining communication with customers. Your primary objective will be to promote our products/services, generate leads, and assist customers with their inquiries. Here's what you can expect in this role:

Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided lists or databases. Introduce our products/services, explain their features and benefits, and persuade them to make a purchase or schedule appointments.
2. Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls from existing and potential customers. Address their queries, provide information about products/services, and resolve any issues or concerns they may have professionally and courteously.
3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and trust in our brand. Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities.
4. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers, including details of inquiries, complaints, and feedback. Update customer databases and ensure information confidentiality at all times.
5. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets set by the management. Continuously strive to improve performance and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to Graduate level.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a sales or customer service environment.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 years to 40 years old.
• Gender: Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills in English and Tamil. Proficiency in other languages would be an added advantage.
• Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with customers, listen actively, and empathize with their needs.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and other telecommunication devices.
