Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products/services, generating sales leads, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Your primary goal will be to effectively communicate our offerings, address customer inquiries, and ultimately drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided database or leads list.
2. Product/Service Promotion: Introduce our products/services to potential customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads through proactive calling and engagement strategies.
4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by addressing their queries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
5. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives by effectively communicating product/service value propositions and closing sales deals.
6. Data Entry and Documentation: Accurately record customer information, interactions, and transactions in the database or CRM system.
7. Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to existing customers or leads to ensure customer satisfaction, gather feedback, and nurture relationships for potential future sales opportunities.
8. Adherence to Policies and Procedures: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards at all times.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum 12th pass to Graduate level.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 years to 40 years of age.
• Gender: Open to candidates of all genders – male and female.

Key Skills and Attributes:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Tamil (or other relevant regional languages).
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Good listening skills and empathy towards customers' needs.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software or databases.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
