Job Description: Telecaller

Position Overview:
As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone to promote our products/services, answer their queries, and ultimately secure sales or appointments. Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from our database or leads provided, to introduce our products/services and persuade them to make a purchase or set up appointments.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, actively listening to their needs and addressing any concerns or questions they may have regarding our offerings.
- Product Knowledge: Possess a thorough understanding of our products/services, including features, benefits, and pricing, to effectively communicate their value proposition to customers.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively converting leads into sales and maintaining a high level of productivity and performance.
- Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-ups with potential customers who have shown interest but have not yet made a purchase, nurturing leads through the sales pipeline until closure.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers, including details of conversations, inquiries, and sales transactions, using our CRM software.
- Feedback: Provide feedback to the sales team and management regarding customer preferences, market trends, and product performance to continuously improve our sales strategies and offerings.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade to Graduate. A higher degree in any field is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Experience: At least 3 years of prior experience in telesales or a similar role, preferably in the retail or service industry. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets is highly desirable.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and the local language (mention specific local language if applicable), with the ability to articulate product features and benefits persuasively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly, handle objections gracefully, and maintain professionalism in all customer interactions.
- Persistence: Demonstrated resilience and persistence in pursuing sales opportunities, with a proactive and determined attitude towards achieving targets.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software for maintaining customer records and tracking sales progress.
