5. Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for call volume, conversion rates, and revenue generation. Take ownership of your targets and implement proactive strategies to achieve them.
6. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process.

Requirements:
