Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective customers from our database or leads provided, introducing them to our products/services, and persuasively communicating their benefits.
2. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers courteously and professionally, addressing their queries, providing information about products/services, and resolving any concerns they may have.
3. Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales pitches to encourage potential customers to avail of our offerings, highlighting key features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
4. Lead Generation: Generate leads through cold calling, follow-up calls, and other lead generation techniques to expand our customer base and achieve sales targets.
5. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, inquiries, and transactions in the CRM system to ensure effective communication and follow-up.
6. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers regarding their experience with our products/services, identify areas for improvement, and relay relevant information to the appropriate departments.
7. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and performance metrics set by the management, demonstrating consistent drive and motivation.
8. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and other departments to streamline processes, share best practices, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Requirements:

1. Education: Minimum educational qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to a Graduate degree. A background in sales or marketing will be advantageous.
2. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in telemarketing, outbound sales, or customer service.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and Tamil, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
4. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach, capable of building rapport and trust with people from diverse backgrounds.
5. Resilience: Resilient and adaptable to handle rejection, objections, and challenging situations with a positive attitude and determination.
6. Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or similar tools for data entry and management.
