Role and Responsibilities:

As a Telecaller, your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers over the phone and promote our products/services. Your duties will include:

1. Making outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases.
2. Introducing our products/services to potential clients and explaining their features and benefits.
3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service and addressing their inquiries and concerns.
4. Following up on leads and inquiries generated through various marketing campaigns or platforms.
5. Achieving sales targets and quotas set by the company.
6. Recording accurate and detailed information about interactions with customers in the CRM system.
7. Collaborating with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experience and maximize sales opportunities.
8. Staying updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
9. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum education qualification: 10th grade to Graduate.
• Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service/sales role for a minimum of 3 years.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Malayalam (fluency in other languages is a plus).
• Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
• A positive attitude, resilience, and the ability to handle rejection positively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
