Position: Telecaller
Job Description:
Are you an excellent communicator with a passion for helping people? We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Telecallers. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services, generating sales leads, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Initiate outgoing calls to potential customers from our database or leads provided by the company. Your primary goal will be to introduce our products/services, explain their features, and persuade customers to make a purchase or schedule appointments.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have regarding our products/services. Provide accurate information and ensure a positive customer experience at all times.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads through cold calling efforts. Gather relevant information about prospective customers, their needs, and preferences to effectively pitch our offerings and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, build rapport, and encourage repeat business. Keep detailed records of interactions, feedback, and transactions in the CRM system for future reference.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and objectives set by the company. Consistently strive to improve performance and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
- Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding sales techniques, data protection, and ethical business practices. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and standards at all times.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School) to Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles preferred. Freshers with exceptional communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
- Gender: Open to individuals of all genders – male and female both are welcome to apply.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language as well as proficiency in English. Ability to articulate product/service features clearly and persuasively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively. Empathetic attitude towards customer needs and concerns.
- Sales Acumen: Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques. Ability to identify customer needs, overcome objections, and close sales effectively.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using computers and familiarity with CRM software for managing customer interactions and tracking sales activities.
- Resilience: Demonstrated resilience and persistence in achieving sales targets even in a competitive environment.
