Position: Telecaller

Job Description:

Are you an excellent communicator with a passion for helping people? We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Telecallers. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services, generating sales leads, and maintaining customer satisfaction.


  1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outgoing calls to potential customers from our database or leads provided by the company. Your primary goal will be to introduce our products/services, explain their features, and persuade customers to make a purchase or schedule appointments.
  2. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have regarding our products/services. Provide accurate information and ensure a positive customer experience at all times.
  3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads through cold calling efforts. Gather relevant information about prospective customers, their needs, and preferences to effectively pitch our offerings and convert leads into sales opportunities.
  4. Follow-up: Maintain regular follow-up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, build rapport, and encourage repeat business. Keep detailed records of interactions, feedback, and transactions in the CRM system for future reference.
  5. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and objectives set by the company. Consistently strive to improve performance and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
  6. Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding sales techniques, data protection, and ethical business practices. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and standards at all times.


  1. Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School) to Graduate in any discipline.
  2. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles preferred. Freshers with exceptional communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
  3. Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
  4. Gender: Open to individuals of all genders – male and female both are welcome to apply.
  5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language as well as proficiency in English. Ability to articulate product/service features clearly and persuasively.
  6. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively. Empathetic attitude towards customer needs and concerns.
  7. Sales Acumen: Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques. Ability to identify customer needs, overcome objections, and close sales effectively.
  8. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using computers and familiarity with CRM software for managing customer interactions and tracking sales activities.
  9. Resilience: Demonstrated resilience and persistence in achieving sales targets even in a competitive environment.
