As a Telecaller, you will be the forefront of our organization, responsible for engaging with potential customers over the phone. Your primary objective will be to promote our products/services, answer inquiries, and address customer concerns professionally and courteously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Present our products/services persuasively, aiming to secure sales or appointments.
- Customer Engagement: Handle inbound calls promptly and efficiently. Listen attentively to customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues or complaints effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and unique selling points to potential customers.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Demonstrate resilience and determination in achieving sales goals while maintaining high-quality customer interactions.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, including inquiries, feedback, and sales transactions, using our CRM system.
- Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, build relationships with potential customers, and facilitate the sales process through effective communication and persuasion techniques.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members, including sales executives and managers, to share insights, best practices, and strategies for maximizing sales and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telecalling or customer service role, preferably in a sales-driven environment.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 years to 40 years old.
- Gender: Open to candidates of all genders – male, female, and others – who possess the required skills and qualifications.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills in the local language (Tamil) and proficiency in English or other languages will be an advantage.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport quickly, empathize with customers, and handle objections professionally.
- Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of computer applications and familiarity with CRM software for data entry and management.
- Resilience: Demonstrated resilience, perseverance, and a positive attitude, particularly in handling rejection and overcoming obstacles.
- Ethical Conduct: Uphold high standards of integrity, honesty, and ethical conduct in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
