We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Telecallers in Thanesar. As a Telecaller, you will play a crucial role in our organization by effectively communicating with potential customers over the phone. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, promote our products/services, and maintain good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from our database or leads provided by the company. Introduce our products/services and persuade them to avail of our offerings.
  2. Lead Generation: Identify potential leads through cold calling, market research, and networking. Gather relevant information about prospects and update the database accordingly.
  3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing information about products/services, addressing queries and concerns, and resolving issues promptly.
  4. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by the company. Continuously strive to improve sales performance and contribute to the growth of the organization.
  5. Follow-up: Follow up with potential leads who have shown interest but have not yet converted. Maintain regular communication to nurture leads and facilitate conversions.
  6. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers in the CRM system. Update customer profiles, call logs, and other relevant information as required.
  7. Adhere to Guidelines: Follow company policies, procedures, and scripting guidelines during interactions with customers. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards.


  • Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School) to Graduate degree from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing or telecalling roles. Experience in sales or customer service will be an advantage.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
  • Gender: Both male and female candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in Hindi or any other regional language. Proficiency in English will be preferred.
  • Persuasion Skills: Ability to persuade and influence customers effectively. Confidence in pitching products/services over the phone.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Result-oriented: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving results.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to team goals.
  • Tech-Savvy: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software will be an added advantage.
