Job Description:
As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our sales and customer service team, responsible for initiating and maintaining communication with prospective and existing customers. Your primary objective will be to promote our products/services, generate leads, and enhance customer satisfaction through effective telephonic interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Place outbound calls to potential customers from our database to introduce our products/services, discuss their needs, and persuade them to make a purchase or schedule appointments.
- Customer Engagement: Handle inbound calls promptly and courteously, addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing accurate information about our offerings.
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through strategic questioning and active listening during conversations, ensuring accurate recording of lead details for follow-up.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by effectively communicating product benefits, negotiating terms, and closing deals over the phone.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing personalized service, understanding their requirements, and proactively addressing their concerns.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with customers in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Feedback and Reporting: Provide regular feedback to the team leader regarding customer preferences, market trends, and opportunities for process improvement. Prepare and submit detailed reports on call metrics, sales performance, and customer feedback.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to Graduation from any stream.
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in telecalling or a related field, demonstrating a successful track record of meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders; both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
