Your primary responsibility will be to build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Initiate Outbound Calls: Place outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads or lists.
  2. Introduce Products/Services: Clearly and effectively articulate the features, benefits, and value of our products or services to potential customers.
  3. Build Rapport: Establish rapport and trust with customers to create a positive interaction experience.
  4. Handle Objections: Address customer concerns and objections professionally and persuasively to overcome barriers to sales.
  5. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance goals consistently.
  6. Document Interactions: Accurately record customer information, interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
  7. Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-up calls to nurture leads and facilitate the sales process.
  8. Collaborate with Team: Work collaboratively with team members, including Sales Managers and other Telecallers, to optimize performance and achieve collective goals.


  • Education: Minimum 10th-grade education required. Higher education (10+2 or Graduate) preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in telecalling or a related field is required. A proven track record of achieving sales targets is highly desirable.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in Malayalam and proficiency in English are required. The ability to effectively communicate over the phone with clarity, confidence, and persuasiveness is essential.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated sales acumen with the ability to identify customer needs, handle objections, and close sales.
  • Computer Literacy: Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
