Job Overview:
As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our sales and customer service team. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers over the phone to promote our products/services, answer their queries, and persuade them to take desired actions. Your performance will directly contribute to our company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls: Initiate outgoing calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases. Introduce our products/services, explain their benefits, and effectively address any concerns or objections.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through attentive and courteous communication. Listen actively to their needs and provide appropriate solutions or information.
- Sales Conversion: Utilize persuasive selling techniques to convert leads into sales or appointments. Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas while maintaining high-quality customer interactions.
- Data Management: Accurately record and update customer information, interactions, and transactions in the company database or CRM system. Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times.
- Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads, resolve issues, and gather feedback. Keep customers informed about new products, promotions, or updates.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with colleagues from sales, marketing, and customer support departments to achieve common goals. Share insights, best practices, and feedback to continuously improve team performance.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School Diploma) to Graduate level.
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or a related field.
- Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders – male, female, and others.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in [mention language(s) if necessary]. Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Empathy, patience, and resilience are essential traits.
