As a Telecaller, you will be the voice of our organization, engaging with customers and providing them with exceptional service while promoting our products or services.

Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling: Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from our database or leads provided, introducing them to our products or services, and persuasively explaining their benefits.
2. Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers, actively listen to their needs, and offer solutions that meet their requirements, ensuring a positive customer experience.
3. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products or services to effectively communicate their features, advantages, and benefits to customers.
4. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation techniques to expand our customer base.
5. Follow-up: Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly, providing additional information, answering questions, and guiding customers through the sales process.
6. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers, including details of inquiries, feedback, and outcomes, using our CRM system.
7. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs, demonstrating consistent performance and contributing to the overall success of the team.
8. Feedback: Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams based on customer interactions and market trends to help improve our products, services, and sales strategies.

Requirements:

1. Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School Diploma) to a Graduate degree in any discipline.
2. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in telesales, customer service, or a related field.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language and proficiency in English, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
4. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly, empathize with customers, and effectively handle objections.
5. Sales Skills: Basic understanding of sales techniques and strategies, with a passion for sales and the drive to achieve targets.
6. Tech Savvy: Proficient in using computers, CRM software, and other technology tools to manage customer interactions and data effectively.
7. Positive Attitude: Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
8. Age and Gender: Candidates between the ages of 18 to 40 years, of any gender, are welcome to apply.
