As a Telecaller, you will play a pivotal role in our organization by connecting with potential customers, promoting our products/services, and facilitating sales through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outgoing calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Introduce our products/services and effectively communicate their features and benefits.
2. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Listen attentively to their queries and concerns, and provide accurate information and solutions to address them.
3. Sales Pitch: Deliver compelling sales pitches to persuade customers to purchase our products/services. Highlight key selling points and tailor the pitch according to the customer's needs and preferences.
4. Lead Conversion: Nurture leads through persistent follow-ups and relationship-building efforts. Convert potential leads into active customers by effectively closing sales over the phone.
5. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, feedback, and sales transactions. Update customer information in the database regularly to ensure data integrity.
6. Target Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics consistently. Strive to maximize sales opportunities and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to a Graduate degree from a recognized institution.
• Experience: At least 1 year of prior experience in a similar telecalling or sales role is preferred. Candidates with a proven track record of achieving sales targets will be given preference.
• Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years of age to be eligible for this position.
• Gender: This position is open to individuals of all genders - male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language as well as proficiency in English. Ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively over the phone.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building rapport and fostering positive relationships with customers.
• Resilience: Ability to handle rejection positively and persistently pursue sales opportunities without losing enthusiasm.
• Tech-Savvy: Basic knowledge of computer applications and familiarity with CRM software for data entry and management.
