Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone to promote our products/services, answer inquiries, and gather information. Your primary goal will be to engage prospects, nurture leads, and ultimately, convert them into satisfied customers.

Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outgoing calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases. Present our products/services persuasively, aiming to secure sales or appointments.
2. Customer Engagement: Listen attentively to customer inquiries and concerns, providing accurate and relevant information. Address any objections or questions effectively to maintain customer interest and trust.
3. Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive calling efforts. Gather pertinent information such as contact details, needs, and preferences to facilitate follow-up and conversion.
4. Relationship Building: Cultivate positive relationships with customers by demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and integrity in every interaction. Strive to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions accordingly.
5. Follow-Up: Maintain a systematic approach to follow up on leads, inquiries, and unresolved issues. Keep accurate records of interactions and outcomes using our CRM system.
6. Achievement of Targets: Meet or exceed predefined targets for call volume, sales, and customer satisfaction. Continuously strive to improve performance through self-motivation and adherence to best practices.
7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with colleagues, sharing insights, strategies, and best practices to enhance overall team performance and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (Higher Secondary) to Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
• Age: Between 18 to 40 years.
• Gender: Open to all genders - male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.

Skills and Attributes:

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Tamil and proficiency in English or other languages is a plus.
