Job Description:

As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective and existing customers over the phone to promote our products/services, address inquiries, and provide assistance. Your primary objective will be to establish positive relationships with customers and achieve sales targets through effective communication and persuasion techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calls: Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
  2. Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls from customers seeking information, assistance, or support regarding our offerings.
  3. Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers by actively listening to their needs, addressing concerns, and providing relevant information professionally and courteously.
  4. Sales Targets: Achieve individual and team sales targets by effectively promoting products/services and persuading customers to make purchases.
  5. Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to existing customers to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and promote additional products/services.
  6. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, feedback, and sales transactions, in the designated CRM system.
  7. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, specifications, pricing, and promotional offers to provide accurate information to customers.
  8. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to overall organizational goals.


  • Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School Diploma) required. Higher education (graduate degree) preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in telesales or customer service.
  • Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
  • Gender: Open to all genders (male/female).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and articulate speaking voice.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.
  • Sales Acumen: Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a focus on achieving targets.
  • Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or similar tools preferred.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
