Role Overview:
As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our customer interaction efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our products/services and persuading them to take desired actions, such as purchasing a product, subscribing to a service, or scheduling appointments. Your ability to engage effectively over the phone will be crucial to your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Place outbound calls to prospective customers using the provided contact list or leads generated through various channels.
- Product/Service Promotion: Introduce our products/services to potential customers, highlighting their features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Lead Conversion: Persuade leads to take desired actions, such as making a purchase, subscribing to a service, or scheduling appointments for further discussion.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build rapport with customers through effective communication, addressing their queries, and providing relevant information.
- Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-ups with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
- Data Entry and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers and update the CRM system accordingly. Generate reports on call outcomes, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics.
- Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum qualification from 10th grade to Graduate.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or telemarketing.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language (mention the specific language) and proficiency in Hindi/English.
- Persuasion Skills: Ability to influence and persuade customers effectively over the phone, with a focus on achieving desired outcomes.
- Resilience: Resilience to handle rejection and objections positively, turning them into opportunities for further engagement.
- Customer-centric Approach: A customer-centric mindset with a genuine desire to understand and fulfill customer needs.
- Tech-savvy: Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM software for data entry and management.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
