Position Overview: As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement efforts, connecting with individuals through outbound calls to promote our products/services, address inquiries, and nurture leads. Your role will be instrumental in driving sales, fostering client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Place calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases to introduce our offerings and generate interest.
- Product/Service Promotion: Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value propositions of our products/services to potential customers, highlighting how they meet their needs.
- Lead Qualification: Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements, budget, and timeline, and appropriately directing them to the sales team.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build rapport with customers, address their queries, resolve concerns, and maintain a positive relationship to enhance customer loyalty.
- Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-up calls to nurture leads, provide additional information, and facilitate the conversion process.

Qualifications:
