Position Overview: As a Telecaller, you will be at the forefront of our customer engagement efforts, connecting with individuals through outbound calls to promote our products/services, address inquiries, and nurture leads. Your role will be instrumental in driving sales, fostering client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Place calls to prospective customers from provided leads or databases to introduce our offerings and generate interest.
  2. Product/Service Promotion: Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and value propositions of our products/services to potential customers, highlighting how they meet their needs.
  3. Lead Qualification: Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements, budget, and timeline, and appropriately directing them to the sales team.
  4. Customer Relationship Management: Build rapport with customers, address their queries, resolve concerns, and maintain a positive relationship to enhance customer loyalty.
  5. Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-up calls to nurture leads, provide additional information, and facilitate the conversion process.
  6. Data Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions, update customer information, and track progress in the CRM system.
  7. Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs while adhering to quality standards and compliance regulations.
  8. Feedback and Improvement: Gather customer feedback, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with the team to enhance sales strategies and processes.


  • Education: Minimum 10th grade to Graduate.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar telecalling or sales role, preferably in the relevant industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport, empathize with customers, and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs, identify opportunities, and close deals.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other relevant tools for efficient call management and data entry.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, work independently or as part of a team, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
