Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  1. Outbound Calling: Engage with potential customers through outbound calls to introduce our products/services and generate interest.
  2. Customer Follow-up: Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through various channels to nurture them into sales opportunities.
  3. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  4. Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets for lead generation, call volume, and sales conversion.
  5. Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of interactions with customers, including details of inquiries, feedback, and sales.
  6. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, benefits, and pricing to effectively communicate with customers and address their needs.
  7. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from customers to understand their preferences, concerns, and suggestions for improving our products/services.
  8. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts and ensure seamless communication and follow-up with leads.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (or equivalent) to a Graduate degree.
  2. Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales or customer service.
  3. Age: Candidates must be between 18 to 40 years old.
  4. Gender: This position is open to individuals of all genders - male and female.
  5. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in Hindi and/or regional languages, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  6. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
  7. Target-Oriented: Goal-driven with a proven track record of achieving targets in a sales or customer service environment.
  8. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle objections effectively during customer interactions.
  9. Computer Literacy: Basic knowledge of computer applications and willingness to learn CRM software for call management and data entry.
  10. Positive Attitude: Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced work environment.
