Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote our products/services and achieve sales targets.
2. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through effective communication and rapport-building techniques.
3. Listen attentively to customers' needs and concerns, providing appropriate solutions and information.
4. Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
5. Keep accurate records of interactions with customers in the database.
6. Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve organizational goals and targets.
7. Stay updated on product/service features, pricing, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
8. Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions and data privacy.

Qualifications:

• Minimum educational qualification: 12th grade to Graduate.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in telesales or customer service.
