Job Title: Telecaller Location: Sukma Education: 12th to Graduate Experience: Minimum 1 year Age: 18 years to 40 years Gender: Male/Female (Both)
Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers over the phone courteously and professionally. Address their inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information about our products or services.
- Sales and Lead Generation: Actively promote our offerings to potential customers. Utilize persuasive communication skills to generate leads and contribute to the growth of the business.
- Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and promote loyalty. Keep accurate records of interactions and update customer information in the database.
- Target Achievement: Work towards achieving individual and team targets. Implement strategies to maximize productivity and achieve desired outcomes.
- Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from customers and incorporate suggestions for improvement. Continuously strive to enhance the quality of service provided.
- Adaptability: Adapt to changing circumstances and requirements. Be flexible in approach and willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments. Share insights and best practices to foster a supportive and cohesive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum of 12th grade education required. A higher degree or diploma is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in telecalling or customer service.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language as well as proficiency in Hindi or English. Ability to articulate thoughts clearly and concisely.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills are necessary, including familiarity with MS Office applications and the ability to use CRM software effectively.
- Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and pressure positively. Maintain a positive attitude and perseverance in challenging situations.
