Job Description:
As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone to promote our products/services, answer their inquiries, and address their concerns. Your primary objective will be to engage customers in meaningful conversations, understand their needs, and offer suitable solutions to meet those needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Place calls to prospective customers from our database or leads provided, and effectively communicate product/service offerings to generate interest and secure appointments or sales.
- Inbound Call Handling: Receive incoming calls from customers, provide information about our products/services, address queries or concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their requirements, following up on inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services, features, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate value propositions and benefits to customers.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team by scheduling appointments, arranging product demonstrations, and facilitating the sales process to achieve revenue targets.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, update customer information in the database, and generate reports on call activities, sales metrics, and customer feedback.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues across departments such as sales, marketing, and customer service to share insights, coordinate activities, and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum qualification from 10th grade to Graduate.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the telecommunications, sales, or customer service industry.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate information clearly, listen actively, and engage customers effectively.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer orientation with a passion for delivering excellent service and building positive relationships.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to empathize with customers, analyze situations, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and thrive in a dynamic work environment.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic knowledge of computer applications and familiarity with CRM software for call management and data entry.
