  1. Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases. Your primary goal will be to introduce our products/services, understand customer needs, and persuade them to take desired actions.
  2. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain a positive rapport with customers through active listening, empathy, and effective communication. Address any inquiries or concerns professionally and promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

  4. Lead Management: Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, feedback, and outcomes, in the CRM system. Follow up on leads diligently to nurture relationships and facilitate the sales process.
  5. Targets Achievement: Work towards achieving individual and team targets set by the organization. Demonstrate commitment and resilience in meeting and exceeding performance metrics, such as call volume, conversion rates, and revenue targets.
  6. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with colleagues, including sales representatives, managers, and other departments, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of efforts toward achieving organizational goals.


  1. Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade (High School) is required. A higher degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  2. Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in telesales or customer service.
  3. Age: Applicants must be between 18 to 40 years old.
  4. Gender: This position is open to individuals of all genders - male, female, and others.
  5. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in the local language (mention the language if applicable) and proficiency in basic English are essential.
